Brownlee Beats the Big Boys!

Garmin sponsored Triathlete Alistair Brownlee made the sporting world stand up and notice at last weekend's ITU World Championships stage in Madrid.

The young athlete dominated the day, placing highly in the 1500km swim, then pushing hard to lead the cycling up 6 of the 8 hills, only to tear away in the run and take a clear 47 second advantage over his nearest competitor.

The U23 World Champion has shown himself to be high among the best triathletes, leaving 2008 ITU Champion Javier Gomez in third place.

Crossing the line, Brownlee took a well deserved victory lap, beaming with his trademark smile.
