Garmin Connect
Garmin Connect is an online, free community training portal, which allows its users to download activities from runs to cycle rides directly from selected Garmin GPS devices.
Once the user has downloaded their training information, they can use the Connect facilities to relive, replay and review their activities with a series of simple to use analysis tools.
All Connect activities can be shared with other users, and individuals can download others’ courses and ‘virtually’ challenge them along chosen routes.

Review
Analysing your training data is easy with Connect’s series of activity tools, from graphs of your heart rate to race splits and optional power data, keeping an eye on your progress is just a click away.
Downloading your data is as easy as can be, with Wireless ANT+ technology to get training information from your Garmin GPS watch to your computer in an instant. For those with Edge units, simply plug your device directly into your PC or Mac to retrieve information at the touch of a button.
Replay
Replay your activities using Google™ maps, relieve each step with Google™ Earth and graphical representations of your statistics, see how your heart rate rose as you ascended hills and tried for your personal best. Relive every twist and turn as you watch the elevation graph rise and fall.
Challenge
Export someone else’s routes directly to your device with no fuss and race against them ‘virtually’ in real time using Virtual Partner. Explore the world of Connect, with over 20 million activities to choose from, you’re never short of training challenge to try.
