New Monthly Garmin Connect Badge Challenges – May 2021
We have some new Badge Challenges for May! To enter, you need to opt-in and join each Badge Challenge on Garmin Connect. This will allow you to earn the badge at the end of the challenge period.
May’s Connect Badge Challenges:
Challenge Name | Rules | Rules Summary |
May Weekend Walking | May 7 to 9. Complete a 3-mile walk. | Get moving with a long walk. Complete a walking activity of at least 3 miles (4.8 km) to win this challenge badge. |
May Weekend 40K | May 7 to 9. Ride at least 40 kilometers in one cycling activity. | Get moving with a long ride. Complete a cycling activity of at least 40 kilometers (24.9 miles) to win this challenge badge. |
May Ride to 200 | May 16 to 29. Record 200 kilometers of cycling activities. | Go for daily rides or a few long sessions. Just complete at least 200 total kilometers (124.3 miles) of cycling activities to win this challenge badge. |
May Weekend 10K | May 14 to 16. Complete a 10-kilometer run. | Get moving with a 10K run. Complete a running activity of at least 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) to win this challenge badge. |
May Joy Rides | May 1 to 31. Record 250 kilometers of cycling activities. | Go for daily rides or a few long sessions. Just complete 250 total kilometers (155.3 miles) of cycling activities to win this challenge badge. |
May Step Month | May 1 to 31. Record 300,000 total steps. | Go 10K a day or mix up your intensity throughout the month. Just record a total of 300,000 steps by the end of the month to win the challenge badge. |
May Rundown | May 1 to 31. Record 50 miles of running activities. | Push yourself with daily and weekly distance goals to rack up 50 total miles (80.5 km) of running in the month of May. |
May Namaste | May 1 to 7. Record one hour of yoga activities. | Welcome a new month with a little yoga. Take some time to focus, reflect and breathe. Complete 60 total minutes of yoga activities to earn this challenge badge. |
May Walking | May 1 to 31. Record 30 miles of walking activities. | Go for daily walks or get moving a few times a week. Just complete 30 total miles (48.3 km) of walking activities in May to win this challenge badge. |
May Gains | May 1 to 31. Record five hours of strength activities. | Whether you lift weights at the gym or do exercises at home, strength training is a great way to gain muscle and agility. Complete five hours of strength activities this month to win the challenge badge. |
