New Monthly Garmin Connect Badge Challenges – July 2021
The Badge Challenges for July are here! To enter, you need to opt-in and join each Badge Challenge on Garmin Connect. This will allow you to earn the badge at the end of the challenge period.
July’s Connect Badge Challenges:

| July Weekend 10K | July 9 to 11. Complete a running activity of at least 10 kilometres. |
| July Weekend 40K | July 16 to 18. Ride at least 40 kilometres in one cycling activity. |
| July Swim Week | July 11 to 17. Record 1,000 meters of swimming activities. |
| July Weekend Walking | July 23 to 25. Complete a 3-mile walk. |
| July Cycling Climb | July 1 to 31. Climb a total of 20,000 feet in elevation during cycling activities. |
| July Step Month | July 1 to 31. Record 300,000 total steps. |
| July Rundown | July 1 to 31. Record 50 miles of running activities. |
| July Warrior | July 1 to 31. Record five hours of yoga activities. |
| July Hiking | July 1 to 31. Record four hours of hiking activities. |
| July Gains | July 1 to 31. Record five hours of strength activities. |
| Step Into July | July 1 to 14. Record 115,000 total steps. |
| 2021 Cycling – Stage 3 | Stage 3 of 4 for the 2021 Cycling challenge. July 1 to September 30. Record 505 miles of cycling activities. |
| 2021 Walking – Stage 3 | Stage 3 of 4 for the 2021 Walking challenge. July 1 to September 30. Record 91 miles of walking activities. |
| 2021 Running – Stage 3 | Stage 3 of 4 for the 2021 Running challenge. July 1 to September 30. Record 505 kilometers of running activities. |

- Open the Garmin Connect application.
- Navigate to “More.”
- Select “Challenges.”
- View and select the “Join Now” button to opt into the monthly challenges.
- Follow the instructions on how to earn the challenge badge.
