To earn challenge badges you must opt in and join each challenge. Badges will be awarded at the end of the challenge period.

April Weekend Walking | 15th-17th April | Get moving with a long walk. Complete a walking activity of at least 3 miles (4.8 km) to win this challenge badge. |
April Weekend 5K | 8th-10th April | Get moving with a 5K run. Complete a running activity of at least 5 kilometres (3.1 miles) to win this challenge badge. |
April Weekend 40K | 22nd-24th April | Get moving with a long ride. Complete a cycling activity of at least 40 kilometres (24.9 miles) to win this challenge badge. |
April Tour | 1st-30th April | Push yourself with daily and weekly bike rides to rack up 400 total kilometres (248.6 miles) of cycling in the month of April. |
April Swim Week | 17th-23rd April | Commit to swim. Whether it’s daily laps or a few longer workouts, complete at least 1,000 total metres of swimming activities to win this challenge badge. |
April Step Month | 1st-30th April | Go 10K a day or mix up your intensity throughout the month. Just record a total of 300,000 steps by the end of the month to win the challenge badge. |
April Rundown | 1st-30th April | Push yourself with daily and weekly distance goals to rack up 50 total miles (80.5 km) of running in the month of April. |
April Ride to 100 | 3rd-9th April | A week of rides. Go for daily rides or a few long sessions. Just complete at least 100 total kilometres (62.2 miles) of cycling activities to win this challenge badge. |
April Namaste | 1st-7th April | Welcome a new month with a little yoga. Take some time to focus, reflect and breathe. Complete 60 total minutes of yoga activities to earn this challenge badge. |
April 15K | 1st-30th April | Go the distance this month with a 15K run. Complete a running activity of at least 15 kilometres (9.33 miles) to win this challenge badge. |
2022 Walking – Stage 2 | 1st April- 30th June | Challenge yourself to a yearlong walking goal of 365 total miles (587.4 km) – one mile per day. This challenge consists of four 3-month stages, so take your walking goal one day, week and month at a time to win each challenge badge stage. |
2022 Running – Stage 2 | 1st April – 30th June | Challenge yourself to a yearlong running goal of 1,200 kilometres (745.65 miles). This challenge consists of four 3-month stages, so take your running goal one day, week and month at a time to win each challenge badge stage. |
2022 Cycling – Stage 2 | 1st April – 30th June | Challenge yourself to a yearlong cycling goal of 2,700 kilometres (1,677.71 miles). This challenge consists of four 3-month stages, so take your cycling goal one day, week and month at a time to win each challenge badge stage. |
