Challenge Peaty at Bike Radar Live with Garmin
Have you got what it takes to challenge a champion? Find out for yourself this weekend with Garmin at Bike Radar live in Donnington Park.
Double World Cup Mountain Biking Champion and all-round biking superstar Steve Peat, the latest member of Team Garmin’s pro-bikers, will be on-hand to ride the Bike Radar course and set the pace to beat.
All you have to do is challenge Steve’s time, which he will set on the Bike Radar Live course, using his trusty Garmin Edge 705 bike computer…simple!
Everyone taking part in the Garmin MTB Academy challenge will get to use a Garmin Edge 705 cycling computer to measure their rides. Riders will be able to see information about the time they took to complete the course, elevation during the ride, speeds reached and distance covered – following in the footsteps of regular Edge 705 users Dr. Steve Peat, Sir Alan Sugar and Bradley Wiggins CBE.
The riders who set the top course time at each of the four Garmin MTB Academy events will win a place on the Garmin Academy, marking them out as amongst the top amateur riders in the Country. As if that wasn’t enough, each lucky winner will also receive a Commercial Super 4.1 Mountain bike, a Garmin cycling computer and get to spend a weekend with Steve Peat taking on some of the greatest MTB courses known to man!
If you’re the next big thing on the MTB scene and have the edge, come down to Bike Radar Live at Donnington Park 30-31st May and showcase your skills, visit www.bikeradar.com/garmin to register and for more information on the upcoming Garmin MTB Academy events.
