EF Cycling Giro 2021 – UK & IE Social Instagram Competition

• These terms and conditions (“Rules”) apply to the “Signed EF Cycling water bottle” competition to be conducted by Garmin (Europe) Ltd – for the territories of UK & Ireland. By entering this competition on Instagram, you agree to be bound by these Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Promotion, the decision of Garmin shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• The competition will start from 16:00 p.m. GMT on 28th May 2021 and will continue until 11:59 p.m. GMT on 4th June 2021. Entries received outside of the competition period will not be valid and shall not be a part of the competition. All decisions of Garmin shall be final. There will be one participating winner of the competition.
• There is a total of one prize consisting of one Signed EF Cycling water bottle for each prize (the “Prizes”). Each prize will be awarded to one winner.
• The potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing from the pool of valid entries. The random drawings will be conducted by one or more employees of Garmin or an independent fulfilment entity. The winner will be announced by 17:00 PM GMT, 7^th  June 2021
• The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram from the @GarminUK account. If the winner fails to acknowledge their win within 14 days, a new winner will be selected
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Eligible persons may enter the competition by commenting on the post published on the @GarminUK Instagram Feed at 16:00pm GMT on 28^th May 2021 – stating their favourite moment of the Giro 2021.
• If you post outside of the date and time, or via a direct message to any Garmin Instagram accounts, your entry will not be valid to participate in the competition.
• The competition’s promoter is Garmin (Europe) Ltd of Liberty House, Hounsdown Business Park, Southampton, Hampshire SO40 9LR.
• All participants must be 18 years of age or over, and must be legal residents in the UK and Ireland, to be eligible for this Competition. Employees and their immediate families of Garmin International, Inc. (“Garmin”) and any of Garmin’s affiliated companies are not eligible.
• This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram or its subsidiaries
• Garmin will act as judge by the prize winner. The judges’ decisions will be final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
• Garmin will not store entrant’s names and will only review the posts on Instagram. No data will be stored by Garmin apart from the name of the winner. This data will be used for the explicit purpose of identifying and notifying the entrants that they’ve been selected as the winner.
• When participating in this competition, none of your statutory rights will be affected.
