Garmin announce the nüvi® 465T widescreen truck navigator

Garmin is pleased to announce the nüvi 465T GPS navigator. The nüvi 465T is Garmin’s first navigator designed for the over-the-road trucking industry and will navigate routes based on your truck’s type, load and physical restrictions. When navigating, the 465T can display upcoming road conditions and warnings to make drivers aware of possible hazards along the route, such as sharp curves, steep grades and road narrows.

The nüvi 465T offers full coverage mapping for the Europe. Truck data is currently only available in United Kingdom. The preloaded map data features over 1.5 million points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, ATMs and attractions. The map data is provided by NAVTEQ, a world leader in premium-quality mapping.
