Garmin announces API integration with indoor cycling applications
UK – August 29, 2017 — Garmin International, Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN), today announced upcoming support of API integration with indoor cycling applications TrainerRoad®, The Sufferfest and Zwift®. In an effort to provide a better year-round view for our cyclists on Garmin Connect™, the integration will allow users to seamlessly import their activity files created by these third-party indoor cycling applications directly into their Garmin Connect account.
When logged into their TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest and/or Zwift accounts, users can opt to link their Garmin Connect account to automatically import workout activities from these third-party applications where they will be viewable alongside their outdoor cycling activities.
