Garmin Social Competition: Tour De France Sweepstake

Terms and conditions (Instagram)

• These terms and conditions (“Rules”) apply to the competition to be conducted by Garmin (Europe) Ltd through the period of the Tour de France. By entering this competition on Instagram, you agree to be bound by these Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Promotion, the decision of Garmin shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

• SWEEPSTAKES TERM:  The Sweepstake begins during the Tour De France in 2020, and will run on the following days: Monday 7^th September 2020

The sweepstake will start from 13:00 BST and will continue until 23:59 BST of the highlighted days. Entries received outside of the sweepstake term and will be disqualified. All decisions of Garmin shall be final. The winner of the sweepstake will win three Garmin/Tacx Cycling bottles, and two bottle cages.

• ENTRY:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstake by liking and commenting on the post that highlights the giveaway.
  The competition’s promoter is Garmin (Europe) Ltd of Liberty House, Hounsdown Business Park, Southampton, Hampshire SO40 9LR.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Competition. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, like and comment on your local Garmin channel (GarminUK) post that highlights the giveaway.
• This Promotion is open to UK and Ireland residents. All participants must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible for this Competition.
• Multiple comments can be uploaded on the same post, but this will not increase your chances of winning.
• If you post outside of the date and time or on another post, or via a direct message to any Garmin Instagram accounts, your entry will not be counted.
• Garmin will provide the winner of the sweepstake with three Garmin/Tacx Cycling bottles, and two bottle cages with an approximate total value of £/€80
• This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram or its subsidiaries
• The winners will be notified on the following dates and times: Tuesday 8^th September at 09:00am BST

This will either be by DM or comment on the channel they entered in. If any winner fails to acknowledge their win within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

• Garmin will act as judge by the prize winner. The judges’ decisions will be final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English and Irish law.
• Garmin will not store entrant’s names and will only review the posts on Instagram. No data will be stored by Garmin apart from the name of the winner. This data will be used for the explicit purpose of identifying and notifying the entrants that they’ve been selected as the winner.
• You must be 18 years or over to enter this competition
• When participating in this competition, none of your statutory rights will be affected.
