Geocaching with Garmin

The Garmin geocaching promotion is still running until the end of the September and with 5000 coins in circulation across the UK there is still plenty of time to enter the competition. The demand for the Garmin geocoins has been outstanding with Blacks and Millets stores running out of stock within a couple days in some cases. Log on to garminuk.geocaching.com to find a coin that has been placed in a cache in your local area if you cannot obtain one from your local retail outlet.

There have been over 600 forum posts on the Groundspeak forum; geocachers have been discussing the promotion, providing each other with hints and tips on where they can get coins from as well as trading the different designs.

The gallery on garminuk.geocaching.com is filling up nicely and there are some great pictures of the geocoins traveling the country so keep the pic’s coming in.
