Introducing New Indoor Cycling Training Data Partners – The Sufferfest
The Sufferfest is the second training partner in our series of new Indoor Cycling API partners. In an effort to provide a better year-round view for our cyclists on Garmin Connect™, the integration will allow users to seamlessly import their activity files created by these third-party indoor cycling applications directly into their Garmin Connect account.
The Sufferfest is a comprehensive training app for time-crunched cyclists and triathletes. Users get unlimited streaming or offline access to a massive library of structured cycling, running, and triathlon workouts, as well as advanced fitness testing, 20 Yoga for Cyclists videos, and a 10-week Mental Training Program. Every workout is designed by elite coaches and sports scientists to provide maximum benefit with minimum time, combining killer soundtracks, engaging storylines, and exclusive footage of the world’s biggest professional races. The app also includes a full suite of structured training plans for road, mountain, triathlon, and cyclocross, developed in partnership with APEX Coaching. Connection to smart trainers and other fitness devices allows athletes to train to specific targets, analyse performance data, and share with platforms like Garmin Connect, Strava and Training Peaks. Available for iOS, macOS and Windows.
The Sufferfest provides time-crunched cyclists and triathletes all the tools they need to realise their potential, on and off the bike. Seamless integration of The Sufferfest with Garmin Connect means that athletes can now view all their activities in one place and take advantage of the wealth of features that Garmin Connect provides. This is a game-changer for those following one of the structured training plans included with The Sufferfest app, which utilise a mix of indoor workouts, outdoor rides, and targeted drills to progressively build fitness. Sufferlandrians can now conveniently track, analyse, and share their Suffering through Garmin Connect, whether they’re crushing one of The Sufferfest’s high-intensity interval sessions on the trainer or mixing it up at the local race series.
