nüvi 660FM scoops two awards in October
The nüvi 660FM picked up the best sat-nav award at the the CNet.co.uk Editors’ Choice and PDA Essentials & GPS Advisor Magazines Awards in London during October.
Garmin’s sleek personal travel assistant is packed full of innovative, yet user-friendly features including a colourful widescreen display, hands-free calling, integrated FM TMC traffic receiver and MP3/audio book playback.
CNET judge Bonnie Cha described the nüvi 660FM as an "ultraportable and sleek device" and "one of the slimmest, most lightweight models around, making it easy to take with you for guidance if you have to finish off your car journey by foot."
The intuitive interface on the nüvi 660FM resulted in the winning vote, Cha exclaiming: "in fact, it’s so easy to use that we didn’t even have to open the user’s manual once."
