The Garmin T3 Gadget Awards – the winners are announced

Gadget fans from across the globe tuned in to T3.com on Thursday night to watch the Garmin T3 Gadget Awards.  Fifteen awards were collected by the great and good of the technology world and Team Garmin were there to watch over the proceedings.

GQ’s TV Personality of the Year James Nesbitt presented the awards to winners including Apple for the Ipod Touch and Macbook Air, Honda’s Civic Hybrid and the Audi R8.  The Garmin sponsored award for Gadget Personality of the year, presented by superstar yachtsman Mike Golding, went to Nintendo’s top designer and gaming supremo Shigeru Miyamoto.
