It introduces the new training plan feature, which has been added to Garmin Connect™, the free and popular fitness platform. Garmin Connect now comes fully fitted with expert designed training plans, downloadable to your Garmin device and commenting to grow your inspiration and advice to keep you active and help you to meet your goals, whatever they may be.

Get Your Personal Training Plan: Success begins with a plan, and when you use Garmin Connect training plans online, you’ll be able to track your progress and celebrate your milestones like never before. We will regularly be adding plans for running, cycling, triathlons and general fitness, all complied by professional coaches.

 
Running: We have training plans for all levels of running ranging from 5k training plan for beginners and intermediates to marathon/half marathon plans for the more advanced runner. Plans are also
