The
brand new Outdoor watch the fēnix
will be on display showing you the latest wrist worn technology from Garmin,
features include self calibrating ABC sensors, high sensitivity GPS receiver,
GPS ‘breadcrumb trail’, water proof to 50 metres and has the ability to store 1,000 waypoints and 10,000 track points.
Thermal and Low light cameras
Garmin will have their new range of thermal and
low light Cameras on display, the GCT 30, GCT 20 and GCL 20. These cameras can
pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ), and provide extra situational awareness by enhancing
visibility at any time of day.
The
GCL 20, Garmin’s low light camera,
is especially useful at dawn, dusk and in light fog, and Garmin’s thermal
imaging versions, the high-resolution GCT
30 and low-resolution GCT 20,
aid in navigating in total darkness.

The
Innovative and Integrated Garmin GHP 20
for Hydraulic Steering with SmartPump will be on display for the first time,
see exactly how
the system works on stand G026. Garmin have used the latest technology
to enable a smoother, more efficient drive for your vessel.
GRF™ 10 – Rudder Feedback Sensor
Pair
this sensor with the GHP 12™
to provide rudder position feedback and to detect and avoid rudder stops while
sailing or boating.
The GRF 10 uses a magnetic sensor to relay position information,
eliminating friction that causes other types of sensors to wear out. The arm of
the GRF 10 is connected to the rudder of the boat and relays position
information through the sensor to the mariner so they know where the rudder is
– giving them an added peace of mind when starting from a stopped position,
docking, launching or moving at slow speeds.
Additionally, the GRF 10, allows sailors to:
– Know where the rudder is positioned without having to look back
– Make smoother maneuvers and avoid over-compensating
– Save undue wear and stress on their autopilot system by
eliminating force on the rudder when it’s already stopped left or right.
Garmin now standard fit on the Aquastar 42
Garmin
are delighted to announce their integrated marine systems now come as standard
