Week 8 for Team Garmin’s Marathon Men
With marathon training half way through, Team Garmin have been working hard to maintain progress.
As with any task that requires dedication and long term goals, Team Garmin are finding that motivation to train is not always easy.
So to gain confidence, they have been looking at their progress over the past 8 weeks and have found that they are significantly fitter and faster than when they began training. Their trusty Forerunner 405s have recorded all of their data, which has been downloaded to Garmin Connect to remind them of their achievements.
