Ambassador Stories: Samantha Mignone

One way to get to the most out of life is to treat it like an adventure, and our newest outdoor ambassador does just that. She’s a travel addict, kayaker, fitness junky, and photographer. When she’s not out exploring, she spreads her love and passion for the outdoors, doing so with the help of social media.

Samantha Mignone is a PwC professional by day, and explorer by night. As the daughter of a pilot and air mileage junkie, her yearning for adventure and travel started at a young age.  Thankfully, her full-time job provides the opportunity to travel.  A proud double Hoo, she graduated from the University of Virginia in 2010 with a B.S. in Commerce and Government, and again in 2013 with a Master in Education.

When Samantha isn’t working, studying, or training at the gym, she’s outdoors and adventuring with her two loyal pups. Aspen and Koa are the resident Golden Retrievers, part-time models, and Samantha’s wingmen. When they are not sleeping in a frog-like position, they enjoy running in large Albemarle County fields, swimming, and grabbing the attention of every human in sight.

Samantha’s passion for the outdoors is an inspiration to many and we are so proud to call her an ambassador. Samantha will be sporting a vívomove and our new fēnix 5s on all her travels.
