Daniel Bodin Lands First Double Backflip on Snowmobile

In January history was made for the sport of freestyle snowmobile riding. Garmin athlete Daniel Bodin landed the first ever double backflip on a snowmobile just days before the winter X-Games event in Aspen, CO. Following the announcement of the return of snowmobile best trick at X-Games, Daniel found the motivation to be the first to land the notorious trick, whether in competition or not.

This sort of thing isn’t new to Daniel either. Just a few years ago Daniel set a record for jumping his snowmobile down a ski slope carrying him over 230 ft. and he’s also a regular at the Winter X Games, with gold medals under his belt. Daniel hails from Sweden, but rides all over the world. When he’s not training for crazy stunts or competing in the X-Games, you can find Daniel touring with Nitro Circus and the Red Bull X Fighters exhibition.
