Pursuit Boats Selects Garmin® Marine Electronics
Garmin International Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ:GRMN) today
announced that Pursuit Boats, a division of S2 Yachts Inc., has selected
Garmin to be its premier electronics supplier to outfit its line of
offshore, center console, sport, and dual console boat configurations
ranging from 18-40 feet. This announcement is being made in conjunction
with the Miami International Boat Show, and Garmin exclusivity across
the entire line of Pursuit boats is expected to begin immediately.

Pursuit will be factory-installing the award-winning GPSMAP® 7600
chartplotter series, offering both the sonar and non-sonar versions with
an 8-, 12- or 16-inch display. Fully network capable, the GPSMAP 7600
series is built for mariners who demand high performance, ease of
operation and feature integration. They feature a high-sensitivity
internal GPS and built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. Other Garmin equipment
selected by Pursuit includes the GMR 18xHD radome and GMR 424xHD2
open-array radars, VHF 300 marine radios, and the award-winning GHP
Reactor™ Hydraulic Autopilot with SmartPump, Garmin’s most responsive
autopilot system with AHRS.
