Garmin(R) Announces Completion of the Acquisition of its Distributor in Portugal

CAYMAN ISLANDS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ:GRMN) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of SatSignal- Equipamentos de Comunicações e de Navegação, S.A., the distributor of Garmin’s consumer products in Portugal. The company will be renamed Garmin Portugal– Equipamentos de Comunicação e Navegação, S. A. and will continue operations at its current headquarters located in Cacém, near Lisbon, Portugal.
