(NASDAQ: GRMN), the global leader in satellite navigation, today announced that the American Boatbuilders Association (ABA) has selected Garmin as a Preferred Supplier of Choice for its chartplotter, radar, autopilot, sonar, VHF radio and other related marine navigation device and product offerings. The ABA, a coalition of 13 leading independent boat manufacturers in the United States, is the largest boat buying group in North America. Collectively, ABA members boast a boat portfolio that spans from 16 to 58 feet, and produce more than 15 percent of all the boats 16 feet and longer that are built in the U.S.
